The up-and-coming neighbourhood of Tiong Bahru is home to a tasty new kid on the block.

ODP (Open Door Policy) is a bistro with a difference. Developed by the Spa Esprit Group, it focuses on great food, unique wines and stunning gourmet.

The menu is written and overseen by Tippling Club's super talented executive chef, Ryan Clift. Think modern bistro fare with a rustic twist.

What we offer is a yummy range of starters (ideal for sharing!), scrumptious meat and fish mains, a stunning dessert menu plus a seasonal specials board. Everything is prepared using only the freshest ingredients and the produced is sourced from the best available resources; and its all served in an open-planned restaurant framed by a show kitchen thats set behind a glass wall that runs down the long dining space.

For tipplers, our well-stocked bar offers a strong mix of classic cocktails, while the comprehensive wine list focuses on boutique wines from around the world, many of which have been exclusively brought in for ODP.

Meanwhile, our specialty coffee bar by the legendary 40 HANDS team serves rare micro-lot coffee brewed as filter and cold drip, alongside the usual espresso varieties.

The equation is simple: ODP = great food and drink + buzzy yet intimate atmosphere + friendly intimate service.
